Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Unstable Lunch ("Unstable Lunch," "we," "us"), a web interface to a set of public smart contracts on the Arc network. By using the interface you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.

2. What Unstable Lunch is

Unstable Lunch is a non-custodial interface for launching and trading tokens on hookless Uniswap v3, on the Arc network. We do not hold your funds, take custody of your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or control the tokens that other people launch. Every transaction is initiated and signed by you, from your own wallet, and settled by public smart contracts.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use services of this kind. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you, and you may not use the interface if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited or where you are subject to sanctions.

4. Your wallet, your keys

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, and every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — we cannot reverse, cancel, refund, or recover a transaction, a lost key, or funds sent in error.

5. Fees

Each swap on a token's pool carries a 1% fee, split 0.5% to the creator and 0.5% to the platform (up to 0.2% of the platform share may be reserved for token buybacks). Launching a token may carry a small USDC fee, which can change over time and is shown before you confirm. A community takeover (CTO) request fee, where offered, is non-refundable and does not guarantee approval.

6. Tokens and user content

Anyone can launch a token. We do not create, endorse, vet, or vouch for any token, and a token appearing in the interface is not a recommendation. You are responsible for any content you submit — token names, symbols, images, links, and chat messages — and you must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, impersonating, deceptive, or malicious. We may remove content or restrict access to keep the service usable, but we are under no obligation to monitor it.

7. Third-party services

The interface relies on third-party services, including wallet/sign-in infrastructure (Privy), the Uniswap v3 contracts, the Arc network, and RPC, hosting, and file-storage providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

8. No warranties

The interface is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the interface will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any token will hold or gain value.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unstable Lunch and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the interface, the smart contracts, or any token.

10. Risk

Using Unstable Lunch involves significant risk, including the total loss of funds. Please read our Risk notice and our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the interface after an update means you accept the revised terms.
