Privacy Policy

The short version
Unstable Lunch is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts. We do not ask you to create an account with us or hand over personal information to browse or trade. Most of what the app shows is already public on the Arc blockchain.
On-chain activity is public and permanent
When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address becomes visible to the app. Your on-chain activity — launches, trades, holdings — is recorded on a public blockchain by design. It is permanent and cannot be edited or deleted, by us or anyone else. Our indexer reads this public data to build the board, charts, and profiles.
What we process
- Sign-in. Wallet connection and optional email/Google sign-in are handled by our provider, Privy. If you sign in with email or Google, Privy processes that information under its own privacy policy.
- Wallet address and public on-chain activity, indexed from Arc.
- Content you submit — token names, symbols, images, links, and chat messages. This is public.
- Local storage in your browser — your theme preference, this notice's acknowledgment, and your wallet session. This stays on your device.
- Standard technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) generated by our hosting, used to operate and secure the service.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data, and we do not run cross-site advertising trackers. We do not collect personal information beyond what is described above.
Service providers
We rely on third parties to run the service: Privy (sign-in), Vercel (web hosting), Railway (indexer and API), thirdweb (RPC access to Arc), and IPFS/Pinata (token image hosting). Each processes data under its own terms.
Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet and clear your browser's local storage at any time. Because on-chain data is public and immutable, it cannot be deleted on request — including by us.
